The 9925 gap
Invoices to the VAT number don't arrive? Here's why.
Two numbers
A Belgian company can be found by enterprise number (0208) and by VAT number (9925). The supplier picks which.
What goes wrong
Many providers only register 0208. Anyone using 9925 gets an error and the invoice isn't sent.
Check it
Enter the enterprise number in our free check. You see both numbers right away.
Fix it
Ask the 0208 provider to also register 9925. If 9925 sits elsewhere, you need a migration key.
