Who we are
For this website and the free check, we are the controller. For the client data accounting firms load into the app, we are the processor and the firm is the controller; the data processing agreement applies.
The free check
We don't store the enterprise number you look up; we only keep daily counts. If you ask for the PDF by email, we keep your email address and your consent to contact you once about it.
Which data and why
Account data (name, email, role) to give you access; client data you load to deliver the service; logs and an audit log for security. We use no tracking cookies and no ad networks.
Retention
We keep leads from the free check for at most 12 months. Account data is kept while your plan runs, and for 30 days after. Invoices are kept as long as the law requires.
Sharing
We only share data with the sub-processors on our list, all in the EU, and never to sell it.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or port your data, and withdraw your consent. Write to us to do so. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
