The service
Belsignal checks companies' registration on the Peppol network using public data and helps fix problems. The service is provided by the company named below.
Account and access
You are responsible for the users you invite and for keeping passwords and two-step codes secret. Owners and admins must use two-step verification.
Nature of the results
Results reflect public network data at the time of the check. They are informational. A Peppol Directory listing is never decisive on its own. We do not guarantee that a company receives every invoice.
Messages on behalf of clients
You only contact a provider on a client's behalf when that client has given an authorisation. Belsignal records that authorisation, but you remain responsible for the content of your messages.
Prices and payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance per checked client. You can cancel any month; the current month is not refunded.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the damage, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
Ending
When your plan ends, you can export your data for 30 days. We then delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
Governing law
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the competent courts of [district].
